Due to the nature of artworks and digital assets, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions. We distinguish between physical artworks and digital products, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
2. Physical Artworks
2.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of physical artworks within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that no legal exclusion applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) within the withdrawal period. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your withdrawal notice.
2.2 Conditions for Returns
Returned physical artworks must:
- Be returned in their original condition
- Be undamaged and unused
- Be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the artwork shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
2.3 Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
2.4 Refunds for Physical Artworks
After receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only if required by applicable law or if the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.
3. Exclusions from Refunds and Returns
The following items are excluded from refunds and returns unless mandatory law provides otherwise:
- Customized or commissioned artworks
- Artworks made to the customer’s specifications
- Gift cards or vouchers
4. Digital Products and NFTs
4.1 No Right of Withdrawal
Digital products, including NFTs, are non-refundable once delivery has begun or the NFT has been successfully transferred to the blockchain wallet provided by the customer.
By purchasing an NFT, you expressly agree that the performance begins immediately upon transfer and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a proven technical error attributable to us (e.g. failure to transfer the NFT despite successful payment), we may, at our discretion:
- Reattempt delivery, or
- Issue a refund
No refunds are granted for issues arising from incorrect wallet addresses provided by the customer, incompatible wallets, or user-side errors.
5. International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Such costs are non-refundable.

7. Amendments
